Always an excellent experience with Fergussons!
I have been using Fergussons for over a decade now, and over three cars, and have always had a good experience. Russell and his team give a service which is honest and value for money. He is always willing to give advice, and on at least two separate occasions has gone above and beyond to be helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending Fergussons for MOT's and services, as well as for any interim issues.

Brilliant experience
They picked my car up from my house and dropped it back off when they were done so I could go in to work. By the time I got home it had been MOT'd, problems fixed and serviced and I was kept informed the whole time with videos. I'm really pleased with the garage I found through them and will use them from now on.

Dreadful experience all round
Mechanic didn't turn up at all on the scheduled Tuesday and eventually texted saying they were 120 miles away. Paul the MD phoned me 3 hours after the service should have been completed offering apologies. Rearranged for the following Monday saying he would do it himself at 3pm. The previous mechanic arrived at 9.30am which wasn't convenient as we needed the car that morning. The mechanic was cross and said they had driven 45 minutes to get here. We left messages and emailed the office without reply. Called again and was told that no-one would be available today to service our car. Requested a full refund. Wouldn't recommend. Poor communication, no service. Possibly the worst company I've ever used despite paying in full in advance.
Friendly and Efficient Service
I find it stressful finding a new car garage but extremely pleased I picked this one after a recommendation from a family member. I booked a service and MOT through bookmycargarage which was quick, easy and very good value. The service I received from Dave was very friendly and they looked after my Audi (80,000 miles) well.

I would really recommend. That made everything so much easier, quicker & cheaper whilst I still got a great service. A brilliant website, am so glad I’ve found it!

Easy drop off, reasonably priced , Happy friendly staff always willing to help apart from 1 mechanic who got stroppy when asked to complete a job on car that he forgot to do before i picked it up. After a great service ,he let his team down

Comparison site for garaging needs!!
This is literally a comparison site for garages and it works really well. Used 3 years in a row for both of my cars and aside from one garage being a bit crap (should have read the reviews) I've not been let down yet

Complete waste of time
Complete waste of time. I booked my car in for an MOT through BookMyGarage and received a booking acknowledgement from them. After which I heard nothing from the garage themselves. Therefore a couple of days before the appointment was due I decided to give the garage a call. However the telephone number provided was not recognized. Having already booked a day off work to get the MOT done. I went to the garage and as far as I can tell the garage isn`t actually open for business anymore. I`m now unable to drive my car until I book it in somewhere else as the MOT has now expired. I certainly won`t be using BookMyGarage again and wouldn`t recommend to anybody else.

People are only too pleased to write something that highlights poor service etc., well, I am very happy to put out that the customer care service by Holly and engineering service by Charlie today have been amazing, of the highest standard possible and most stunning result I could have possibly wished for. I use Lexus Hedge End for the simple reason that it delivers on its commitment to customer satisfaction. Thank you especially to Holly & Charlie, you are both tremendous assets to Lexus and I needed to let it be known. Together you have helped me enormously in resolving my problem and I'm now back on the road thanks to your hard work. Treasures like you need to be merited and that's the least I can do. the application form allowed me to make a mistake and not enter the registration of the car. For this reason, the garage did not register my written request to collect the car. Following a phone call, the garage went out of their way to help.

I Expected better
I booked my car in for an MOT at Kis autocentre in Brighton, I was given a choice of morning or afternoon I chose morning so that I would hopefully get my car about lunch time. I wasn't given a time in which to arrive but took my car there for 8am. When it got to 2pm I rang them to see when I would get my car and was told it was next on the list. It would have been nice if someone had phoned as I then had had my day messed up. I finely picked my car at 4.15pm so not happy.

First time booking my MOT as I used to have a friend who did it. The website was clear and easy to follow and easy to see which service was needed before the MOT.it was all done professionally and with care and I got a call to collect earlier than quoted. Very friendly and knowledgeable

Fast, fair price, honest communication, no hidden charge in rates or labour. Recommended work is printed on paper but not forced onto you to take their offer immediately. Thanks.
